On December 10th, the Purdue Club of Sarasota held its annual Holiday event - a cocktail party at the Sarasota Yacht Club and a trolley ride to see the Christmas lights of Sarasota. It was an exciting event as several new couples joined the 47 Boilermakers that attended to cocktail party and 28 that took the optional two-hour trolley ride. We also received about 55 pounds of donated food. The food was taken the next day to Manatee County's Meals on Wheels Plus.
