Rental Policy
All food and beverage served in the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center must be approved and served by a caterer from the preferred catering list.

The Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen articles. Any items found will be housed with the Spurgeon Hall of Spirit receptionist for pick-up by owner.

There is a NO SMOKING policy for all areas of the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center including the Webb patio.

All event decorations and rental items must be approved by the Dauch Facility Manager. They must be freestanding, including signs. No items may be adhered to any wall or ceiling in the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center. Posters and banners must be approved and coordinated through the Dauch Facility Manager. Glitter and/or confetti is prohibited in all rooms of the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni center with the exception of the Spurgeon Hall of Spirit. Helium balloons are not permitted in the Spurgeon Hall of Spirit.
