Catering
The Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center reserves the right to preferred determined catering. All catering arrangements are made for any catered event in the Alumni Center with April Headdy, Facility Manager. Contact April at 765-494-7753 or aheaddy@purdue.edu to schedule your next event with catering services.

Beverage Service
The Alumni Center provides Starbuck’s coffee service and other beverages and will provide this service upon request. Service will include choice of regular and/or decaf coffee, bottled water, hot and iced tea, and soft drinks (coke, diet coke, and sprite).

Arrangements
Linens, skirting, and china will be provided by the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center for all events/activities. The Dauch Facility Manager will provide set-up service for all activities and ensure amount of china available for each scheduled event for caterer’s arrival.

Centerpieces will be the meeting planner’s responsibility to provide. Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center will have some available options and can be arranged through the Facility Manager. Florists or event planners must coordinate delivery and pick-up time with the Dauch Facility Manager.
