Race for Cure - Cancer Walk- April 26, 2003 Walk with other members of the Purdue Club of Cincinnati. We are meeting at the Ribs King Parking Lot at 601 East Pete Rose Way at 7:45 AM. Wear your Black and Gold. Register that morning or www.komencincinnatirace.org

Purduettes Spring Tour - April 25 - 27 2003  Is coming to Cincinnati the weekend of April 25 - 27.  This fabulous woman's glee club ensemble from Purdue University Scheduled Friday are choral classroom workshops at Mason High School.  Events open to the public include a concert Friday April 25 at 7 p.m. at Lakota Freshman School on Tylersville Road near Princeton ($5 charge, $3 for students).  On Saturday April 26, the Purduettes are performing at Kings Island in the morning, singing the National Anthem at the afternoon Reds game, and performing on the Belle of Cincinnati Riverboat that evening.  They conclude their tour as the guest choral group for the 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. worship services at Liberty Heights Church in West Chester on Sunday. 

Scholarship Banquet - May 7, 2003  Guest speaker Regina Carswell, Weekend Anchor and Purdue Graduate, FOX 19 News. Doubletree Suites at Reed Hartman Highway and I275. Dinner at 7:00, social at 6:30. The event will also include our Silent Auction of Purdue memorabilia. $25.00 per person. The orders are due by 4/30/03. Golf Outing and Family Picnic - June 10, 2003 The annual golf outing will be held at the Vineyard Golf Course. Purdue Men's Basketball Coach Gene Keady will be playing golf and speaking at the picnic. Mat Iandolo, Women's Tennis Coach and Bill Legg, Assistant Football Coach will also attend. Golf is $55.00 per person. Paid reservations are due by 5/23/03. Dinner will be served at 6:00 in the Sweetwine Lodge at the Vineyard Golf Course. The meal is $15.00/adult and $7.00 per child aged 8 to 3 years old. Reservations are due 5/30/03. Freshmen Picnic - July 24, 2003 All Cincinnati area Purdue incoming freshmen, parents, and club members are invited. Meet current Purdue students, set up carpools and make a Purdue friend. The event will be held at the TPC River's Bend Clubhouse on SR 48 near South Lebanon. The picnic will run from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. The cost is $12.50 per person. Purdue Varsity Glee Club - October 11, 2003   The Glee Club will be performing at the Piqua High School at 7:30 PM. Tickets are on sale at the Piqua High School Office and The Second Story Gallery. Adults $10, Students $7. Contact Cindy Zimpfer 937-773-6133

Tailgate Party Purdue - Penn State  - October 11, 2003 Join the Purdue Club of Cincinnati tailgating for the Purdue vs. Penn State game, on October 11th. Come by at 1:00 PM West Lafayette time to have some food, beverage and good times with other Purdue fans from Cincinnati. The game starts at 2:30 PM West Lafayette time. We'll be tailgating in the "R" lot right next to the stadium, on the North side, with the largest flag in the parking lot. Purdue - Penn State Football Game - October 11, 2003  The club will gather at Ross-Ade Stadium to watch the Boilers beat PSU. The tickets are $41.00 each. There is no limit on the tickets. Purdue  -  IU Football Viewing Party - November 22, 2003 Boiler Fans!  Come out and root your football team on as your Boilers face IU in Bloomington, November 22nd.  The event will be held at Willie's in Kenwood, where we have reserved a section for our viewing pleasure!  We are doing this event in coordination with the IU Alumni Club of Cincinnati, so we want a great showing of Purdue fans to enjoy this rivalry with IU.  This is the final game of the season and will be very pivotal in the bowl selections!  IU will no doubt be playing to spoil that - BOO.  So come out, cheer your Boilers on and enjoy the game with your Purdue friends.
